Classes are 3 hours long and begin at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time and end at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Classes are $199.00 per person. Classes will be limited to a total of 10 people and we recommend that each salon or spa have a separate log in for each employee attending the class for more effective listening and learning but it is not necessary. Once a class is filled we will open another class if there are at least 4 additional attendees.

Each individual salon or spa will be given an update to the latest version of the software they are using with the purchase of a class attendance.

Classes may be rescheduled if you cannot make it due to unforeseen events but will not be refunded unless ProSolutions Software cancels the class for any reason.

DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:

Class “A” – Pro6 Basics – Appointment Book, Point of Sale, Closing, Reporting, and more. – This class will go over the basic operating functions of Pro6 for front desk staff and minor management functions. This is perfect to make sure that your front desk staff is getting the most out of the software.

Class “B” – ProEssentials and Professional 2006 and Premiere Versions Basic – Appointment Book, Point of Sale, Closing, Reporting, - very similar to the Pro6 class with an emphasis on the differences that make these versions so much more powerful than Pro6 (i.e. how the appointment book differs etc.) Also included will be features that either come with or can be added to your software, like “Loyalty” “Auto Reminders” and “Paging.” This is perfect for our new clients who have joined us since we made the switch from Pro6 to Essentials. The front desk staff will be light years ahead and ready to speed up the process of booking and processing.

Class “C” – Advanced users of the software who want to learn shortcuts, get consulting ideas, see areas that are normally reserved for management, such as payroll, marketing, reporting, ProAccountant, On Line Appointments, Gift Cards On Line, Memberships and more. The perfect class for the current high end user who wants to be shown everything ProSolutions Software can do for them.

ALL INDIVIDUAL SALONS AND SPAS will get a discount on a “ProConsultant” book made for them with their very own data. (Usually $250.00 this will be offered to attendees for $125.00!)
